These Terms of Service describe the permitted use of Mail Notification Monitor, a personal email notification tool, and its informational website at https://inboxnoticehub.com.
1. Purpose and Availability
Mail Notification Monitor helps its owner retrieve and review email notifications from Gmail accounts the owner is authorized to access.
The tool is intended solely for its owner's personal use. It is not available for public registration or offered as a commercial email management service. The website provides information about the tool, its privacy practices, and these terms.
2. Account Authorization
Access to Gmail requires explicit authorization through Google's OAuth authorization process. Only accounts owned by the operator, or accounts for which the operator has valid permission to access email data, may be connected.
Google account passwords must not be submitted to this website or stored by the tool. The operator is responsible for maintaining valid authorization for each connected account.
3. Read-Only Access
The tool requests the following Gmail permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly
This permission is used to retrieve email information, including message identifiers, sender and recipient information, subjects, timestamps, and message content, for notification display and review.
The tool does not request permission to send emails, modify mailbox content, delete messages, or change Gmail account settings.
4. Local Data Handling
Retrieved email content and OAuth authorization tokens are stored on the operator's local computer. They are not uploaded to the informational website.
The operator is responsible for protecting the local computer, restricting access to stored data and credentials, and managing any copies or backups the operator creates.

5. Permitted Use
The tool may only be used for lawful, authorized email review and notification management.
It must not be used to access accounts without permission, disclose email content without authorization, distribute credentials, bypass access restrictions, or violate applicable laws or Google's applicable terms and policies.
6. Google User Data
Information obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the tool's email review and notification functions.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Mail Notification Monitor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Revoking Access and Deleting Data
Authorization can be reviewed or revoked through Google Account settings:

Revoking authorization prevents future access through that authorization once the revocation takes effect. It does not automatically delete email information or credentials previously stored locally.
To discontinue use, the operator should stop the local program, revoke its Google account access, and delete locally stored email data, tokens, and any related backups that are no longer required.
8. Synchronization and Reliability
Email retrieval depends on the local computer being operational, network connectivity, valid authorization, and the availability and limits of Google's services.
Synchronization and notifications may be delayed, interrupted, or incomplete. The tool is not a guaranteed real-time alerting service. Important messages and deadlines should be checked directly in Gmail.
The tool does not determine or guarantee the status of any Google Play developer account or other third-party account.
9. Third-Party Services
Gmail, Google APIs, and Google account authorization are provided by Google and are subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Mail Notification Monitor is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tool is provided on an "as available" basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete synchronization, or error-free notifications.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delayed notifications, service interruptions, or reliance on the tool. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the tool or its operation. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
Any material changes to Gmail access or data handling will require corresponding updates to the relevant disclosures and, where required, renewed authorization before the changed processing begins.
