This Privacy Policy explains how Mail Notification Monitor accesses, uses, and handles information in connection with its personal-use email notification tool and its informational website at https://inboxnoticehub.com.
Mail Notification Monitor is operated by its owner for personal use. It is not offered for public registration.
1. Information We Access
With explicit authorization, Mail Notification Monitor uses the Gmail API to retrieve information from connected Gmail accounts that the operator owns or is authorized to access.
Depending on the messages retrieved, this information may include:
- Email message and thread identifiers.
- Sender and recipient email addresses and display names.
- Email subjects and timestamps.
- Labels and other message metadata.
- Email body content used to display notifications and review messages.
The tool does not intentionally download email attachments. However, message bodies may contain personal or sensitive information supplied by email correspondents.
2. Gmail Permissions
The tool requests the following permission:

This permission allows the tool to read email information. The tool does not request permission to send emails, modify messages, delete emails, or change Gmail account settings.
Authorization takes place through Google's OAuth process. The tool and this website do not collect or store Google account passwords.
The local tool stores OAuth tokens to maintain authorized access without requiring a new sign-in for every synchronization. Tokens may expire or be revoked, in which case authorization may be required again.
3. How Information Is Used
Information obtained from Gmail is used only to provide the tool's email notification and review functions, including:
- Retrieving email updates from authorized accounts.
- Displaying message details and content.
- Identifying the mailbox associated with a notification.
- Maintaining synchronization progress and preventing duplicate notifications.
Email information is not used for advertising, user profiling, credit decisions, or other purposes unrelated to these functions.
4. Local Storage and Processing
Retrieved email content, synchronization records, and OAuth tokens are stored on the operator's local computer.
The local tool communicates with Google to retrieve email information and refresh authorization tokens. Email content and tokens are not uploaded to the informational website or stored in a cloud database operated for this tool.
The operator is responsible for managing access to the local computer and any copies, exports, or backups the operator creates.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
Mail Notification Monitor does not sell or rent Google user data.
Email content and OAuth tokens are not disclosed to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or unrelated third parties. They are not submitted to external artificial intelligence services or used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
The tool does not provide a remote support function that allows other people to inspect stored emails. The operator may view connected email information only within the authorization granted for those accounts.
Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or a legally binding request. Such disclosure does not authorize routine collection, sharing, or use beyond the practices described in this policy.
6. Google API Limited Use
Mail Notification Monitor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information obtained through Gmail permissions is used only to provide the email review and notification features described in this policy.
7. Retention
Local email information is retained until the operator deletes it from the tool's local storage. Synchronization records are retained while needed to maintain synchronization and avoid duplicate processing.
OAuth tokens are retained while the relevant account remains connected, unless the operator deletes them or replaces them following reauthorization.
Copies and backups created by the operator must be managed and deleted separately. Uninstalling the program does not necessarily remove data stored outside its installation directory.
8. Revoking Access and Deleting Data
The operator can review or revoke the tool's access through Google Account settings:

Once revocation takes effect, the tool cannot continue accessing Gmail through that authorization.
Revoking access does not automatically delete information already stored on the local computer. To remove that information, the operator must delete the corresponding local email records, OAuth tokens, and any related copies or backups.
Deleting local copies does not delete the original messages in Gmail.
Questions about deletion can be sent to the contact address below. Because mailbox data is stored locally, the website operator cannot remotely delete files from a local computer.
9. Security
Gmail API and OAuth communications use HTTPS.
OAuth tokens are sensitive credentials. Access to the local computer and stored credentials should be restricted using appropriate operating-system permissions and device security controls. Tokens must not be published, included in website source code, or shared with unauthorized parties.
No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
10. Informational Website
The website at https://inboxnoticehub.com provides information about the tool and its policies. It does not receive mailbox content or OAuth tokens and does not provide public account registration.
The website's hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses, request timestamps, requested pages, and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
No advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts are intentionally included in the website. Hosting infrastructure may use technical cookies or similar mechanisms where necessary to operate or secure the site.
If someone contacts the support email, the information included in that correspondence will be used to respond to and address the inquiry. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens by email.
11. Children
Mail Notification Monitor is intended solely for its owner's use and is not directed to children. It does not offer accounts or services to children and does not knowingly seek to collect their personal information.
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the tool or its data-handling practices change. The updated version and effective date will be published on this page.
Material changes to Google user data access or use will be disclosed before the changed processing begins. Additional authorization will be requested where required.
