A quieter way to catch up
Built for focused review.
The tool brings the useful parts of a notification into one calm workspace, so you can scan what arrived without turning the website into another inbox.
Keep the permission narrow.
Google authorization is requested for Gmail read-only access. The tool does not send, modify, or delete emails.
Know where your data lives.
Retrieved email content and OAuth tokens are stored on the owner's computer, not inside this website.
How it works
Four simple steps. One clear boundary.
Mail Notification Monitor is designed around a straightforward path from authorization to review.
Authorize
Use Google's OAuth process to grant the Gmail read-only permission.
Retrieve
The local tool checks the connected account for new notification content.
Review
Read senders, subjects, times, and message content in one interface.
Store locally
Content, sync records, and tokens remain on the operator's computer.
Privacy, explained plainly
Your mailbox stays yours.
Mail Notification Monitor does not receive mailbox content or authorization tokens through this website. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
